Powerful results from one reaction well

左邊看FFPE樣本#1 與FFPE樣本#2 的degrade程度，該怎麼看?

藉由測完DNA濃度之後，利用75bp target/300bp target or/and 75bp target/150bp target所得的ratio值來判斷，ratio值越大表示degradation樣本越多。

ex. 7.1/2=3.5 23.2/0.1=232，由此可見FFPE樣本#2的degradation程度較嚴重。

上下兩圖是類似的概念圖，下圖Y軸是75/300 ratio 同等於上圖的小:大片段的ratio，其X軸各自加入不同比例的gDNA進去(上下圖X軸都是一樣的)，看ratio值的差異。

可以發現0%是沒有加gDNA進去的，相對ratio值很高，越往右邊ratio越來越低，表示ccfDNA樣本裡面的gDNA越來越多(ratio越小，表示樣本中有gDNA污染的越多)。
