Jennifer Romanin, MS
Director, IVD Operations and Global Service and Support
Jennifer is the Director of IVD Operations and Global Service and Support at Promega Corporation. She received a M.S. degree in Manufacturing and Technology Management and a B.S. degree in Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. During the 25 years that Jennifer has been at Promega Corporation, she has held many operations supervisory and managerial roles. In Jen’s current role as Director of IVD Operations and Global Service and Support, she oversees teams that manage and execute the validation program, and manufacture, dispense and package a number of regulated products. She also supervises the Training, Scientific Applications, Field Support Scientists, Instrumentation and Technical Services teams. She represents Promega IVD Operations during customer site visits and leads operational tasks when collaborating with outside partners. Jennifer is also a member of the Global Planning Team, which is tasked with guiding and supporting global facility projects. The team is currently supporting green field facility projects in the United Kingdom, Germany and Wisconsin.
Jason Miller, PhD
Manager, Global Custom and OEM Solutions
Jason Miller leads the Global Custom and OEM Solutions team at Promega Corporation. He received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry at UC, San Diego and his M.B.A. from San Diego State University. During his 12 year tenure at Promega, he has worked with both small businesses and large corporations to bring their products from conceptualization, through development, to manufacturing and commercialization. Currently, his team is comprised of five consultants based throughout the U.S. who manage and support a custom business that accounts for over 20% of Promega’s overall revenue.
